QUESTION:
How many people can ride the Sip N' Cycle?
ANSWER:
Groups of up to 15 people can ride the bike at one time.
QUESTION:
Can I bring my own alcohol?
ANSWER:
Yes, but glass bottles and hard liquor are not permitted.
QUESTION:
When do I pay?
ANSWER:
Payment is required in full when you book, in order to secure your reservation.
QUESTION:
I can't make it for my scheduled ride, can I get a refund?
ANSWER:
We do not offer refunds at this time. However, if you contact us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation we will gladly assist you with rescheduling your ride.
QUESTION:
What happens if my group doesn't arrive on time?
ANSWER:
Your reservation begins at the time your ride is scheduled for and will end accordingly. For example if your ride is scheduled from 4pm-6pm but your group doesn't arrive until 4:30pm, your ride will still end at 6pm.
QUESTION:
Where does the bike pick us up?
ANSWER:
We will pick you up near the park sign at Dennis Bowyer Park. The park can not be found on most GPS apps, so we recommend using the following address if you are using a navigation system to find the meeting point: 121 4th Ave. S. Twin Falls, ID 83301
QUESTION:
Where can we store the drinks and snacks we bring for our ride?
ANSWER:
Due to limited space on the bike, we recommend groups consolidate their drinks and/or snacks into one medium size cooler for their ride.
